The Cultural Walk The first annual Mt. Manics Cultural Walk was a great success. (Yes Ed ... this looks like it may become a Mt. Manics tradition!) We slipped our way up the icy stream of Grotto Canyon to view 500 - 1000 year old pictographs. We went to lunch in Banff at the St. James Gate Irish Pub... to celebrate St. Partrick's Day and the culture of Ireland. Next we staggered over to the Whyte Museum to view the photos of the Canadian Rockies taken by the Vaux family over a century ago and, finally, we drove to Canmore to visit Maribeth and Jerry Scipior in their new condo.
